About Me

Chris Simpson

I have worked in Talent acquisition for over 18 years and it has aged me horribly. Having started like many in the murky world of recruitment agencies, I gravitated to working internally with hyper growth software businesses. The last 13 years have been spent as Global Head of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition for a number of high profile companies where I have hired in over 40 countries, across any discipline you can think of but with perhaps a bias towards software engineering and software sales. These experiences have seen me take startups on the whole journey through series A, B and C and successful Exit. 

 

I am passionate about helping startups implement fluid and scale-able Internal functions and showing you that hiring shouldn't be a chore!
